Stefan Tiefengraber | Stück für drei Gitarren
Seit 2022 dienen die Auslagen der Bahnhofstraße 6 als Ort für das jährliche Ausstellungsformat SCHAU. Zur Eröffnung der SCHAUFÜNF wird auch dieses Jahr die Straße vor dem ent für den motorisierten Straßenverkehr gesperrt. Kein Durchzugsverkehr, keine Restfläche, sondern Bühne, Treffpunkt und Ausstellungszone. Kunst, Konzert und Publikum teilen sich für einen Abend den Straßenraum. Gegenüber des ent finden Konzerte von Squalloscope und Oh Alien statt. Zudem wird das Stück für drei Gitarren von Stefan Tiefengraber als temporäre Installation im Außenraum realisiert.
Das Thema der diesjährigen Ausstellung ist Territorien. Sowohl geografische und politische Räume als auch soziale und alltägliche Zonen sind damit angesprochen. Verhandelt werden Besitz, Zugang, Zugehörigkeit und Abgrenzung. Wer nutzt Fläche, wer definiert Regeln, wie entstehen temporäre Gemeinschaften? Der ländliche Kontext ist dabei kein Gegenbild, sondern konkreter Ausgangspunkt.
SEBASTIAN BÜHLER | TOXIC AESTHETICS
Die Fotografien und Videos bestechen durch leuchtende Farben und filigrane Strukturen, die uns zunächst verführen – bis die Ästhetik in Irritation umschlägt. In seiner Serie Toxic Aesthetic zeigt der Künstler südosteuropäische Landschaften als umkämpfte Räume, gezeichnet von massiven Eingriffen und industrieller Nutzung. Die komplexen Kompositionen – angesiedelt zwischen Kunst und Dokumentation – erzeugen durch Ihre ästhetische Distanz einen Spiegel, der uns in die Verantwortung nimmt.

TAEMEN JUNG | TOGETHER
studierte bis 2024 an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Dresden. In ihren Werken – angesiedelt in den Bereichen Skulptur und Installation – reflektiert die Künstlerin Prozesse der Anpassung und Verlagerung, untersucht Themen wie Migration und Zugehörigkeit. Ökologische Bedingungen übersetzt Taemen Jung in räumliche Erfahrungen. In ihrer Installation einer überdimensionierten Pflanze verwischt sie die Grenze zwischen Organischem und Künstlichem, untersucht Territorium, Migration und Zugehörigkeit.

KÄTHE LÖFFELMANN | PERSONAL SPACE
Personal Space ist ein fortlaufendes kollaboratives Fotoprojekt über Identität und Selbstausdruck – und ein Spiel mit Perspektiven. Die Künstlerin trifft Menschen in deren Wohnungen. Dabei entstehen Fotografien, die Selbstbild und Inszenierung vermengen und im Verhältnis zum Umfeld neu verhandeln. Käthe Löffelmann arbeitet multidisziplinär und verbindet alltägliche Beobachtungen mit gesellschaftlichen Fragen. GABI MITTERER | GRENZLANDDIRNDL
Das Grenzlanddirndl signalisiert: „Das ist mein Gebiet – hier bin ich zuhause!“. Sicherheit, aber auch Zusammengehörigkeit werden vermittelt – allerdings nur für jene, welche die gleiche Tracht tragen. Mitterer führt mit ihrer Arbeit vor, wie eng Politik, Brauchtum und Tradition miteinander in Verbindung stehen. Die Künstlerin lebt und arbeitet in Wolfsbach/NÖ. NADIA POLEVICH | INFANTILE TERRITORIES
ist eine ukrainische multidisziplinäre Künstlerin mit Sitz in Rom. In ihren Arbeiten – angesiedelt zwischen Installation, Skulptur und Malerei – zeigt sich der Körper als Speicher von Erfahrung und Einschreibung. In ihrer Installation Infantile Territories formt sie eine irritierende Landschaft, geprägt von Spiel, Konflikt und Vorstellungskraft. Aus gefundenen Materialien, aus Plastik und Kinderspielzeug, entsteht eine fragile, emotional aufgeladene Umgebung. Diese visuelle Fülle verweist auf Überkonsum und formt ein psychologisches Terrain aus Erinnerungen und kollektiven Bildern.

STEFAN TIEFENGRABER | STÜCK FÜR DREI GITARREN
Stück für drei Gitarren eine kinetische Installation. Drei E-Gitarren werden per Seilwinde durch die Stadt gezogen, Verstärker folgen. Bewegung und Untergrund bringen die Saiten zum Klingen und erzeugen eine fortlaufend variierende Klanglandschaft für die Besucher*innen.
Stück für drei Gitarren wurde im Rahmen einer Projektförderung des Landes Niederösterreich realisiert.

OH ALIEN
Cineastischer Indie-Pop der sich nicht scheut dem Außergewöhnlichen in die Augen zu blicken. Mit Leichtigkeit versteht die Band die Komplexität ihrer Arrangements in ein Gewand zu hüllen, welches einem bei tieferem Eintauchen eine Welt offenbart, die dem Unbekannten eine so vertraute Note verleiht. Dem Trio ist es gelungen, ihre Fähigkeit am Instrument in griffigen Pop-Songs umzumünzen. Aus all den Lieder sprudelt eine aus allen Nähten platzende Hoffnung und ein tiefes Begehren, so richtig intensiv und durchdringend das Leben zu spüren.

SQUALLOSCOPE
ist die interdisziplinäre Künstlerin Anna Kohlweis. Unter gleichmäßiger Einbeziehung von bildender Kunst, Literatur und Musik schafft sie in ihren Werken ein weitläufiges narratives Universum, das stark von Folklore, Zugehörigkeitspolitik, Reizüberflutung und der Tiefe menschlicher Sehnsüchte geprägt ist. Anna Kohlweis lebt hauptsächlich in Wien, Österreich, im Internet und in deinem Kopf.

Since 2022, the shop windows along Bahnhofstraße have functioned as exhibition space. For the opening, the street in front of ent will be closed to motorized traffic. No through traffic, no leftover space, but a stage, meeting point, and exhibition zone. For one evening, art, concerts, and audience will share the street space. Across from ent, Squalloscope and Oh Alien will perform. In addition, Stück für drei Gitarren by Stefan Tiefengraber will be realized as a temporary outdoor installation.
The theme Territories forms the framework of the exhibition. It refers not only to geographical or political spaces, but also to social and everyday zones: ownership, access, belonging, and demarcation. Who occupies space, who defines the rules, and how temporary communities emerge. In this context, the rural setting is not treated as a counter-image, but as a concrete point of departure.

his photographs and videos impress with bright colors and delicate structures that initially seduce us – until the aesthetics turn into irritation. In his Toxic Aesthetics the artist presents Southeast European landscapes as contested spaces, marked by massive interventions and industrial use. Situated between art and documentation, his complex compositions create an aesthetic distance that acts as a mirror, holding us accountable.

studied at the University of Fine Arts in Dresden (D) until 2024. Working across sculpture and installation, the artist reflects processes of adaptation and relocation and exploring topics such as migration, belonging and territory. Taemen Jung translates ecological conditions into spatial experiences. In her installation of an oversized plant, she blurs the line between the organic and the artificial, examining territory, migration and belonging.

is an ongoing collaborative photography project about identity and self-expression – and a play with perspectives. The artist Käthe Töpfermann meets people in their homes, creating images that merge self-image and staging, renegotiated in relation to their surroundings. Working across disciplines, she connects everyday observations with broader social questions, fostering dialogue and further reflection.

Gabi Mitterer’s Grenzlanddirndl signals: “This is my area – this is where I’m at home!” Security, but also togetherness, is conveyed – but only for those who wear the same costume. With her work, Mitterer shows how closely politics, customs and tradition are connected to one another. The artist lives and works in Wolfsbach/Lower Austria. She studied painting and cross-media visual design at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna.

Nadia Polevich is a Ukrainian multidisciplinary artist based in Rome. In her works – located between installation, sculpture and painting – the body emerges as a repository of experience and inscription. In her installation “Infantile Territories” she creates an unsettling landscape characterized by play, conflict and imagination. A fragile, emotionally charged environment is created from found materials, plastic and children’s toys. This visual abundance points to overconsumption and forms a psychological terrain of memories and collective images.

Stück für drei Gitarren is a kinetic installation. Three electric guitars are pulled through the city by a winch, followed by amplifiers. Movement and the texture of the ground cause the strings to vibrate, creating a continuously changing soundscape for visitors.
